Campus Activities Board

Throughout the year, CAB provides a wide range of activities and entertainment for students by students. Students can enjoy or be involved in planning comedy shows, movies, paint nights, bingo games, trivia, and so much more!

Civic Dialogue Initiative

Civic dialogue is a skill set focused on mutual understanding, close connection, and the discovery of new possibilities, particularly useful for exploring difficult issues with others and our community.

Dance Marathon

As the largest student organization on campus, University of Iowa Dance Marathon creates and sustains special projects to provide emotional and financial support and services for patients and their families at the University of Iowa Stead Family Children's Hospital.

This annual event offers an array of programming options, including: campus tours, theatre performances, movie showings, a football game and family tailgate, a murder mystery dinner, and more.

Fraternities and sororities have been on campus since 1866. Over 3,600 men and women at Iowa are members of the FSL community. That comes out to over 14% of the total undergraduate student body.
