How to create a shared email address
Student organization email addresses are provided through Outlook. To get a student organization email/shared departmental account, fill out the form at the link below.
Student organizations require approval from Leadership, Service & Civic Engagement in order to create a shared email account. Once you have an email address, you can visit ITS Help website to learn how to manage and access your account.
How to update users on a shared email address
If your student organization already has an email account, and a student officer needs to gain access or transfer access between student organization officers, you should:
- Contact the current account owner for the request.
- The account owner must contact the ITS Help Desk and ask them to add the new person to the shared account.
- This will give the user permissions to access the account.
