Sometimes Engage may not let you sign in or may not seem to be working correctly. For some users, they will try to click the sign in button on the homepage, and the page will refresh without giving you the option to sign in. Other times, the page won't load at all or may give an error. 

Below are some tips that may help as you navigate these issues.

Check Your Browser

Solution 1: Make sure you are running the most recent version of your browser. If you are not, please install the newest version. 

Solution 2: You may need to clear your browser's cache. You can learn more about how to do this by viewing this user guide. Once you have cleared your cache, quit and restart your browser.

If neither of these steps help, then try Solution 3.   

Solution 3: Most browsers should work with Engage, but try using a different internet browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, etc.).
