How to Set up a Zoom Meeting

At the end of this post, please click "Visit Website" button to explore more features of Zoom. 

You must use your school Zoom instead of your personal Zoom.

  1. Open Zoom (If not installed, you can install from the top link here (Zoom Client for Meetings))
  2. Click 'Sign in'

3. Choose 'Sign in with SSO' and enter 'uiowa' for domain

4. Sign in with a HawkID and password. 

Once logged in to the Zoom desktop program, you can schedule/join a meeting.

5. Click 'Schedule' to schedule a meeting

  • From there, you will be provided an outlook meeting invite with the Zoom link that you can share with the attendees of your meeting/event.
